The initial interaction between Watson Care and its customers, involves a free phone call consultation which is followed up with a further meet and greet at no expense to the customer, It is the process for the Watson Care staff member to determine if the customer will likely receive a benefit from our services - The services we deliver are made to be simple and flexible enough to be able to adapt to many kinds of situations

The cost' associated with delivery of our services, are guided by the NDIS pricing arrangements guide 2023, although we are premium provider - Our cost' are highly competitive with whats available on the market - often providing a cheaper yet more value for dollar service.

The Watson Care family has a extensive history of working within the disability, mental health and community space, in various different roles for the passed 60 years, it is a part of Watson Care' identity.

While we work regularly with people from many different backgrounds, with many different circumstances, whether schizophrenia, autism, physical disability etc.

We have appropriate systems and procedures in place, that ensure that every part of service delivery is under observation - customer service calls, shift logs and staff debriefings as well as other systems are in place to ensure that staff training is up to date, that risks are acknowledged and limited where possible and that all work is transparent.

The entire company is under the oversight by the founder and current company owner, James Evers - A certified, qualified and lived experience Mental Health Worker with multiple years of experience in the field.
