Watson Care is to participate in the delivery and development of NDIS services within Australia – and commits to the frameworks provided by the initiative and scheme.
Watson Care staff are to demonstrate great care, etiquette, professionalism, conduct and communication when working with and for customers, the ultimate goal is achieving great customer satisfaction, that is realistic and reasonable.

All services provided to communities, families and individuals by Watson Care Company are to benefit the lives of the consumer, practically and in result.

Watson Care is to always be a performance based company, appreciating and celebrating hard work and commitment that result in meaningful and beneficial outcomes for consumers.
Part two: Purpose
Watson Care is to inspire hope to individuals, families and communities locally, nationally and internationally, through creative, meaningful and humanitarian means.
Watson Care is to care about the local community it operates within and take interest and participate in the development of the well being and condition of that community.
Watson Care staff are to demonstrate good and moral ethics in their work and personal life.
Watson Care is to participate in increasing communities, vulnerable persons and families safety and security from criminal harm and malicious persons.
Watson Care is to commit a overall 15% of the companies profit to humanitarian efforts and community projects, locally, nationally and internationally.
All humanitarian efforts and community projects should be prepared to achieve the goal of encouraging unity, team work and understanding amongst peoples.
Watson Care is to provide pro-bono services to individuals and families that have no possible capacity to pay, as the capacity of Watson Care dictates.
Part three: Sustainability and Continuity
Watson Care is to invest in people: Customers, Staff, Beneficiaries, Volunteers by offering opportunities for people to upskill, work hard, contribute, or develop personally and professionally.
Watson Care is to diversify the company finances (Profits – “amount left after running cost” as such, 15% humanitarian efforts, 30% bills and insurance, 25% Reserve, 15% Investment opportunities, 15% Safety Net.
Everyone actively involved and/or employed with Watson Care is to believe in the best in people, and encourage understanding, compassion and compromise in every interaction.
That all Watson Care commit to personal growth and professional development, striving for personal and professional achievement.
That the position of CEO be passed to the most capable, moral and willing person, at the time of retirement for the current CEO.
Watson Care will constantly develop strategies to maintain relationships with hundreds of thousands of staff, customers, beneficiaries, volunteers and other persons.
Watson Care will regularly host community events and functions, providing food and entertainment for free
Watson Care, will work with other organisations in a collaborative manner and teamplaying manner that demonstrates ethical and moral practices.
Watson Care reserves the right to deliver and not to deliver services to people, based on the evaluation of Watson Care staff as to whether the potential person is likely to receive a valuable and beneficial outcome by working with Watson Care.
Watson Care does not tolerate aggressive, abusive, bullying or invasive behaviour under any circumstances.
Watson Care is to provide a safe, meaningful and well paying environment for employees, staff and contractors
Part Four: Suitable Working Conditions
Watson Care will maintain a safe work environment with a positive work culture.
Watson Care will provide optimum, fair and realistic wages to employees, above average

Leadership and management roles in Watson Care are to be given to staff members and personnel that demonstrate compassionate, moral and ethical leadership abilities
Leadership and management persons are to demonstrate responsibility, accountability and transparency in their personal and professional lives
Leadership and management persons are to go above and beyond their job description with the intention of pushing the companies progress forward
Leadership and management persons conduct should be fair, reasonable and just at all times
Leadership and manage persons are to follow, action and reiterate the principles and constitution of Watson Care, in all work related matters
Leadership roles should be filled with capable, hardworking, passionate, innovative, conscientious, moral and ethical people
Part Six: Public Relations
Watson Care is to make considerable allowance to participate in advertised and public media, making time to answer questions and converse about enquiries
Watson Care is to remain accountable, responsible, accommodating, transparent and communicative in all circumstances with media, government, community sources and individuals
The CEO of Watson Care, Is responsible for the public image and in extension all situations.
Watson Care and the actions of its staff must be able to withstand public scrutiny.
